In 2010, we realized that the future lay in digital services, and we began actively studying the practices of the world’s largest companies, trends, and users. Today, we do the same but on a different scale: Markswebb’s research now spans 30+ markets, with clients including financial and technology companies from 9 countries. Every employee of the agency and I personally do everything possible to make digital services more convenient for millions of users and to change people’s lives for the better.
Currently, the Markswebb team consists of 55 people living in various countries around the world. We aim to assemble a team of specialists from different fields: user research, marketing research, quantitative studies, UX, interface design. Teams are tailored individually for each project to solve the client’s task efficiently, quickly, and professionally. Each team member has a powerful research and analytical background, formed in practice through the study of various digital services and markets.

It benefits banks worldwide, and we receive daily feedback on how our work has impacted a specific digital service or product team’s operation.
